Punisher VS Spider-Man

The Amazing Spider-Man #129 takes place after the death of Spider-Man's girlfriend, Gwen Stacy. Supervillain Jackal hires The Punisher, a violent and highly-skilled vigilante, to kill Spider-Man. The Punisher only kills bad guys but has been led astray and believes Spider-Man is a malicious criminal.
